今日開始減肥

話減肥都講咗兩三年,從未實行過。
近日,我細妹搵到個減肥餐單俾我,睇落都唔難喎!就今日開始實行!我個餐單係咁嘅:

早餐:

西柚半個
雞蛋兩隻
煙肉兩片
可另加茶或咖啡

午餐:

西柚半個
沙律(可佩任何醬料)
肉 (份量夠飽肚)
可另加茶或咖啡

晚餐:

西柚半個
沙律或菜
肉 (魚肉為佳)
可另加茶或咖啡

*戒甜品,米飯麵包,中間可飲脫脂奶一杯。

呢個餐單一食要食12日,之後可以休息2日。聽聞可以減到10磅,而且係醫院幫肥病人減肥嘅餐單。我睇過個餐單,又真係唔會死人,只係唔食粉麵飯,肉同菜都照食,唔食零食,只係12日,試吓都唔緊要,減唔到都唔會肥落去。希減今次減肥成功,減唔到10磅都希望減到5磅喇!

  1. 我都是要减肥 'cos three doctors recommened me to put down weight.  My backbone suffers painful and they wants me to lose weight not to add on the bone's pressure.   I kept fit for over 10 years but  recently ate a lot and put on my weight over 8 kgs with a year only.  I thought I have money to eat, why I only smelt the food and felt done.  ah...... it is a punishment, now I eat what I lost last time, but doctors ask me to stop.  I restart to on diet again. But I clearly tell you, I lost my weight 15 pounds within 2 months healthly. 西柚 可以间中改碌柚,鸡蛋可以间中改 yoghurt; 西柚+salad +肉 可以预先做一大碗, 每天在家吃又可以带出去。 这个组合可以间中变成 - 车里茄+玉米+青瓜+火腿片+Kraft Italian free fat dressing(supermarket 有得买) 晚餐又可以预先煮一大碗汤分几天 - 峂瓜薏米猪肉汤,豆腐菜汤。 其实个疗程要 2 months, otherwise will turn into yoyo status, you'll put on weight easier and fatter.
